All I See is... Seafood!!!
Been focusing on fish and other seafood for my protein for the last couple of weeks and mixing it with my usual suspects....
Salmon and Swai fillets above a thin cut chicken breast.
Over Sweet Leaf Spring Mix, Sauted greens and lots of veggies with a boiled egg on top.
Been dealing with the fall out from being a < 2%er a lot lately. Will have a post on this Life Choice soon.
Eating like this is part of being a 2%er...
Chicken, scallops, salmon...
Who eats like this???
I do.
When you look at what you're putting into your body and it looks like this, i.e. Fresh, Colorful, Vibrant, Light and Lean....
Then you know your body will look the same when you eat it!!
Fish is done....
Salmon and Scallops are cooking...
This is the kind of grilling a hot cast iron skillet will give you.
That is a lot of beautiful veggies.
And that is a lot of Power Greens on top of a lot of veggies.
At this point, all you do is roll the seasoned greens into the cooked veggies and cover for 2 mins and they'll be perfect.
A meal and a base for several future meals.
Gorgeous and at least 50-60g of protein and not many calories -
No oil used on anything!!!
And you see how colorful the veggies are....
Cause I didn't cook them to death.
3 5oz beer sampler at WurstHaus...
That's all the beer you should need.
Keeps you on track with your diet but still gives your the opportunity to taste some great beers.
Paired with a grilled chicken salad kicked up with cayenne and some fresh jalapeños on special request.
See how easy it is to go out and still stick to your Paleo Plan?
