Lunch Pork Chop and Kale / Veggie Omelette


On deck - 2 eggs seasoned and scrambled, leftover veggies and grapes and mango to finish....

Let's get started!


Pork chop already flipped...

Add seasoned kale and cover...


Remove the Pork Chop and add the leftover veggies to warm up...


Reduce heat and add the 2 eggs.


Plate and add the grapes and diced mango.


You don't see Food this good in any restaurant.

Maybe I should open a Paleo restaurant....

Hmmmm....
