Late Night Snack


When you get in late and you're tired, your body's gonna be screaming for some sort of bad carbs - junk - don't listen to it!

If you shopped smart ahead of time - like I've shown you how to so a half dozen times in the last 3 months - then you can fix something like this...

Apricot, strawberries, blackberries, mini Golden tomatoes, a date and nut - raisin - seed mix...


It's sweet and salty and dry and moist and soft and crunchy and will do your body good and provide needed recovery while not robbing the calorie bank.
