About as Simple and Healthy as it gets Ted...
Was talking with a fellow Boot Camper named Ted who said he'd been researching Paleo and I told him what I ate and about my blog and gave him a Discovery Card - ha ha - a Discovery Card.
So Ted, if you're reading...
Here's a quick and easy Paleo meal...
Thin cut ribeye that's been marinating in a dry rub of seasoned meat tenderizer, salt, pepper, garam masala, cumin and turmeric...
2-1/2 mins per side for medium..
Here's the veggies...
Red Kale, sweet mini peppers, a Serrano pepper and carrot sticks
accompanied by salt, pepper, cayenne, olive oil and fig infused balsamic vinegar...
Steak is done and taking a rest....
which gives us 3 - 5 mins to cook the "hard" veggies....
Thin slice the Serrano pepper for a spicy garnish...
Add the rest of the kale leaves...
And hit it with a splash of water and cover for 2 minutes.
And plate and add the Serrano pepper, grapes and blueberries and some pistachios and pair with Sangria wine.
That enough food for you Ted???
