How do you start a good workout?
With a great meal!!
For lunch....
Holmes Pork and Venison Sausage and Poblano peppers to start...
Followed by a good helping of ground turkey breast mix....
Add in the leftover vegetable medley...
And 3 heavily seasoned scrambled eggs...
And the results.... But we're not done yet!!!
Aaaah now that completes the bouquet of food - spring mix, salad, radishes, cilantro, mango and strawberries....
Beautiful and Leftovers!!!
We'll put that to use a little later....
Now let's talk CrossFit.
Specifically CrossFit WMD in Angleton Tx where I've been WOD'g.

Yeah I know - kinda in the back of the pack but when you're throwing down with 18 - 25 year olds, I just feel blessed to be in the running.

A pile of Paleo food.
Spring mix, tomato, radishes, cilantro, sausage, turkey and veggie omelette left over from lunch, mustard greens and a nice thin cut Adobo seasoned chicken breast.
Let the eating and recovery begin!!!
Oh and to top it all off.
A new low of 177.4 this morning and 176.8 after the workout.
