So what is Kinesiology Tape - KT???

Been getting a lot of looks and some sympathy because I'm sporting Rock Tape - a brand name of kinesiology tape - on my left knee....

So what is kinesiology tape or Elastic Therapeutic Tape and How Does it Work?

I'm trying it for the first time. Obviously, I'm using Rock Tape applied by the charming and beautiful Allondra at the Brazosport Rehab and Wellness Center where I've been doing some rehab on my left knee....

The engineer in me says wait for a few more days to make an assessment.

The athlete in me says....

HELL YEAH!!!

Between the weight loss, a cortisone shot and the KT, my knee has felt and performed better in the last week than it has in the last 3 years.

Hell.... If smearing mustard on it would make it feel better, I'd do it....

Besides that, it looks fucking cool.
