And No I didn't get them.... Yet.
A duplex in Lake Jackson that was built in 1943 that I bought in 1985... I lived in the 2 and 3 bedroom side for a total of 11 years and rented it the rest of the time. I sold it to HEB holdings in November of last year. HEB bought all the old duplexes to get the land to build a new Super HEB.
Looking forward to the new HEB but sad to see the old duplex in a pile.
Moving on....
