Back to Basics....


Been experimenting with my diet over the last couple of months.

Won't go into the details other than saying I was eating more and had added back some carbs.

Got stronger and bigger but just didn't feel and look as good....

So I'm going back to Mr Paleo....

Meat, veggies, eggs....

And fruit and nuts....


Strawberries, blackberries, banana and a high energy trail mix....

2 days on it and I feel better already.

Find what works for you and stick with it.
