Fixed a pot of chili on Sunday...


And my daughter and I already ate it.

So I decided to do Round 2...
Started out with a sweet onion, poblano pepper, jalapeño pepper. Followed with some Holmes pork and venison sausage and Jimmy Dean hot pork sausage followed by 2 yellow squash and a zucchini.

Added garlic, mushrooms and a can of diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and a small can of chili peppers and 2 teaspoons of brown sugar...

Served over Uncle Ben's Spanish Rice with a fresh green onion and a glass of Merlot.

Beat that Top Chef!!
