  3. Thanks. Have been working hard to fill in the weak links or things that aren't done or done insufficiently in Body Pump - Abs, Calves, Hamstrings, Lower Back and Overall Strength and Power.

    Considered going the training route but decided against it due to time commitments and concern it would distract me from my personal workout schedule and progress.

    Bodybuilding? Yeah - I guess. I mean if you're not Body Building then you're Body Tearing Down.... so might as well do what you can to look and feel good and slow down the aging and deterioration process as much as possible.
