Worked Calves hard today...


So they wouldn't look quite so thin under my thighs....


But it's no use.  

My thighs are just getting bigger and more defined with the 6 minute sets we do in Body Pump. 

Yes... That's correct. The Body Pump squat track runs between 5 and 6 minutes with no rest.... Just up and down at different pace and depths for 5+ minutes. 
  
You squat continuously for 5 minutes with 90  lbs on your back and see what it does to your thighs!


I did get 3 sets of 12 on Wide Grip Chins today which is the first time I've done that since I was 25. 

Fitness at 50. 

It's tough...

But it can be done. 

Now.... I've got to ride my bike home. 

No rest for...
