With a High Protein Good Carb post workout meal with lots of taste and texture!

3 kinds of protein:
Cajun Turkey
Hebrew National All Beef Frank
Pork and Venison Sausage

Lot of veggies:
Poblano Pepper, Sweet Peppers, Onion, Summer Squash

The Carrier:
Kalamata Olive bread grilled with Olive Oil and coated with Roasted Pepper Hummus

The Garnish:
Sliced Jalapeño Pepper

The Finisher:
Feta Cheese


How many calories is this?

Don't know and don't care. 

It's what my body told me I needed. 

And I always listen....

To my Body. 

Incidentally, I didn't eat it all. 

Why?

I got full.
