How to make Healthy Food for 2 People for 5 days for $20 - Part 5


Friends, Romans, Countrymen...

Now that's what I'm talking about. 

45 minutes of prep and browning....

Break apart the meat with a spoon and mash the root veggies and you have a one dish meal with roast and vegetables that will get better the next day and is easily microwaveable. 

You can heat this up and pair with a couple of over easy eggs for breakfast. 

Brown up a couple of whole wheat tortillas and spread on the meat and veggies for an awesome wrap. 

Spoon up a bowl of broth, veggies and meat and you got the best soup ever made. 

Great eating for many days....

For $20. 

Beat that....

And I'll eat your fire hat.
