Getting fueled up...


And fired up for the 8:45 Body Pump workout. 


Jennie-O Cajun Turkey on Kalamata Olive bread with tomatoes and avocado drizzled in EVOO and sprinkled with S&P. 


Fall is in the air so I'm eating on the back porch. 


Gonna start smoking my pipe again.
