A Smorgasbord of Topics...

Patience....

Prep'g the Ribeyes - the usual...

Salt, Pepper, Onion Salt, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper....

And tenderize by punching fork holes in the steaks after seasoning them. 


One down... Three to go. 


Gotta be willing to change. 

Many in my life tell me I am too rigid.
