A meal to rebuild...


After 45 minutes of Fat Burner and an hour of Zumba at FF....


Leftover chicken and pasta, Jennie-O Cajun Turkey, JD Hot Sausage, Asparagus, Onions, Hatch Chiles, Squash, Jalapenos and Tomato....

And I have to say the Zumba class was a blast. 

Why?

Because I love to dance!!
