The Indians got it right!!!


Gotta have meat and fat....

That's the mistake everybody is making. 

Eat enough protein and animal fat and it satisfies your desire for sugar and bad carbs. 

Sugar is the killer. 

It messes up your metabolism and is a self sustaining beast. 

The more you eat the more you want. 

Eat meat and vegetables especially peppers that are well seasoned with lots of salt and pepper. Yes I said lots of salt. 

Another medical myth. 

Salt satisfies your desire for other things like sugar. 

Just drink plenty of water and sweat and exercise and your body will use the salt it needs and expel the excess in sweat to maintain the correct electrolytic balance. 

I'm not a doctor but that's the way my body works FWIW.
