Lunch at Coyote Joe's and Ready to Roll on the Roads of CI


Will check with Catalina Express - the ferry vendor - and see if I can get a return later than the 5:15 I'm scheduled for. 

Regardless, Me and the Mule are about to make some miles on Catalina Island. 

If I had planned for it, I would've kept my camping gear and stayed overnight here.

One of the best plates of pork verde I've ever had. 

The pork was well seasoned and melt in your mouth tender.
