So now I'm walking through...

The Streets of Mainz

The Kiosk on the right is the equivalent of a small convenience store. You can get most anything there including bottled beer which is cheaper there. You buy it and then walk the streets drinking it.

The first thing is to get to the town square - that's the community place where everybody goes to drink, eat and socialize... But of course, along the way you see beautiful buildings like this... Because it's Germany and they have stuff like this!

And then you get to the first square but you know this isn't the one you want because you asked the hotel manager where to go, so you take a few pics

And keep walking and see some more cool stuff - that's the redneck vernacular for incredible, historically and culturally significant architecture and features - like I said - cool stuff

And then you get to where you're going ...  To the piece de resistance - To the Dom

Then you sit down at the best table in the square with the best view of the Dom and you order a pizza and salad and - you know what's coming....

A Dark Beer....
And that's the way you do 110 km on the Rhein River and a beautiful German town in a Day spent....
