The Best Day of Your Life....

Is Today!
It's Saturday Morning!
Time to Sleep In?
Hell No!
I told you - I'll sleep when I'm dead. 
When I'm done with this day I wanna see It laying lifeless on the ground in front of me and I want to feel all the opportunities and experiences it had to offer coursing through my veins and swimming in my head.
Too much for you? Maybe not. 

Here's a Few Simple Steps to Choke the Like out of this Day....

First off - GTFU - ????
Here - let me help you - GET THE F&?! UP!!!!
Too many people sleep their lives away. The reason they need to sleep so much is because they never do anything and their body is used to laying  around. 
Get up - Get Active - you'll lose weight - you'll feel better - and you'll want to do more. 
There - I just saved you 2 grand at the Shrink's office. 
Rinse and Repeat!

Second - wash your face and brush your teeth. Ok - some of these steps are part of my personal routine in the morning but the point is - get your morning routine started - whatever it is. 

Third - COFFEE!
Yes - I drink a lot of coffee and it probably contributes to my high energy level. 
Hmmmm - let me think about that. 
Coffee - Energy - Life....
If you don't drink coffee and you are overweight and inactive, maybe you should consider it. 
If you do drink coffee, have another cup. 
It's one of the Secrets to a Happy and Productive Life!!

Fourth - for me it's inevitable and absolutely predictable - Coffee and then Constitutional!
Hey - it's a critical part of life!

By now - you should be half ass awake so let's start getting our mind ready for slaying this day!
Crank it Up!

Next - do a quick self assessment. 
Are you where you wanna be in life? 
With your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual goals?
I'm gonna be 50 on July 4th and I wanna be down to 180 lbs by then. That means I have to lose 11 lbs from where I'm at .... So that means I have to eat right and be more active. Skip the dessert, ride my bike an extra hour, take the stairs vs the elevator - whatever. I need to get my mind focused on what I need to do today to meet that goal in 6 weeks. 
So - take a look at yourself in the mirror every morning and ask yourself - what do I need to do to be better?
For my spouse?
For my Family?
For Work?
For Myself?

And then just do it!

Next - step outside and take a short walk and watch the Sun come up!
You'll be amazed at the Positive Energy you will get from watching the Birth of a New Day!

While you're out there - look for something to find humor in or to motivate or fire you up.
