It says 83 km but
Again I'm following the Rhein so it'll be more
Like a 100 km or about 62 miles. Probably about 6 hours of riding if I don't stop too much. 
Now east to the Rhein then south on the Rhein to a left fork on a smaller river that feeds the Rhwein and runs past Heidelberg.
