Dinner in Dusseldorf

Dinner at La Rosa:
1st Course: Pasta prepared in a wheel of Parmesan with a beef broth truffle sauce finished with cream and sprinkled with shaved truffle. 
2nd Course: Fish flown in today from the Mediterranean resembling speckled trout crusted in salt and served with sides of beans, potatoes and sautéed vegetable and salad. 
3rd Course: Sabayon
4th course: Tiramisu
A great Riesling served throughout the meal and finished with espresso and grappa - the best restaurant meal I've ever had!

  1. That sounds so tasty! You know what grappa is right? Ernest Hemmingway wrote often about it. I tried it, and it's too stout. Great meal.
