I take it back... I was right the first time!

I just got through doing that steep grade and averaged about 40 mph... I came down conservatively staying in the road because I was going so fast... I get down to the bottom at an intersection and had to turn left. Some guy honked hard and pulled up beside and proceeded to cuss my ass out. I'm telling you I'm 48 years old and I've never been cussed out like that before... the guy had a problem w/ cyclists... in fact I'm beginning to think this whole state has a problem w/ cyclists... one more problem like this and I'm going to the nearest rental car place, rent an SUV and drive down to New Mexico and ride around the Enchanted Circle NW of Santa Fe... one thing for sure I will never plan a cycling tour in Colorado... in fact the only reason I'll ever set foot in this state again is because I have to to get to someplace else or if I have work here.... this is the most unpleasant cycling
experience I've ever had.... Enough said.
