began as a cycling blog - "Discovering America on 2 Wheels" - in Dec 2009. Since then it's become much more. It is an irreverent, humorous and introspective way of sharing my daily lifestyle, interests, opinions and life challenges. It is a Labor of Love that is Raw, Uncut and Real Time straight from my Heart, Mind and Life to You. So I hope you Read, Enjoy and Become Involved in My Discovery and, in so doing, learn more about Yourself, the World Around You and Your Own Path to Discovery!

Old School - Cast Iron Skillet...
... the original teflon...constant heat...retains heat longer... can be heated to a higher temp... no warping ... and can go straight from the stove top to the oven... and clean up's a breeze...wet paper towel wipe out over the garbage can... I told you I was Old School... but some old things are better than new things!
William, I have been keeping with your blog, I love your sense of adventure and how you're out there getting it down, making your own thought up dreams become reality.
ReplyDeleteAnd, I also have deep admiration for cast iron skillets and home cooking.
Keep it up man, look forward to more of your adventure!

Matt,
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear from you... I am very fortunate to be living a dream...
Spent a lot of time today catching up on things around the house but made contact with several banks in Santa Fe to get information on foreclosures they were holding.
When I go back, that will something I do is look at a lot of properties because my wife does want to relocate there.
Yeah... the old cast iron skillet dishes are my faves.... had another one tonight with a Tecate w/ salt and lime.
Don't wait till you're 47 to do what I'm doing....
Live it now.
William
