The neat thing about this track site is that there are triangular - shaped tracks behind the round saucer – shaped tracks which indicates a T-Rex was chasing or trailing a Brontosaurus – a prehistoric hunt cast in stone in the bed of the Paluxy River.
This was my first time to Dinosaur Valley State Park. As I mentioned earlier, there seems to be a lot of pride in the folks that work in this park..... and for good reason - the bathrooms were beautiful, the trails were well laid out and marked well, lots of wildlife, there were the 2 huge dinosaurs near the Park Store, the numerous dinosaur track sites and the beautiful Paluxy River running right through it.....
Dinosaur Valley State Park is a must - see.... it's got something for everybody!
