Fast and Furious Paleo.... New Music Tuesday.... On Sunday

About as simple as Paleo cooking gets.

Ribeye with Hatch Chile Pepper.... both seasoned with my soon to be famous Deep South African - Moroccan Medley Spice Mix.


Thin sliced squash and zucchini on deck...

When the Ribeye is done and resting (2 - 4 mins), these go in and cook and are ready when the steak is rested.


Plated with my new favorite beer.... Southern Brewing Company's Chocolate Stout.


This is my Steroids!!!
