For years she has been trying to get me to go to Europe with her.... And I resisted for a variety of reasons.
It is a passion of hers that is part of who she is and I have not honored that.
I was wrong and for that I am deeply sorry.
You were right about Europe.
Part of a successful relationship be it with a wife, child, parent or friend is to honor and respect what is special to them.
In so doing, you bring them closer to you and you closer to them.
Mals - I will fix this. As soon as I get back we will sit down and plan the ultimate European vacation.
For now all I can offer is my unconditional love and support for all you hold dear.
