Day 8

Location: 281N halfway between Burnet & Lampasas

Comments: The terrain flattened out north of Burnet and I was able to ride in the higher gears much of the time. This was actually the first day I had ridden under clear, blue skies. My legs were becoming accustomed to the miles and I was feeling good!
