Location: Hike on green trail back to Inks Lake State Park Campsite

With a belly full of “Big Tex” from the Hoover Valley Cafe' and samples of 7 different wines from Perissos Vineyards hiking along a beautiful hill country trail overlooking Inks Lake as the evening comes to a close…. I am definitely a happy camper! That’s why I walked to the café and winery instead of riding my bike.
