That's OK. I didn't need the eclair anyway....

I think I just made the Ultimate Dagwood...

Tuscan Basil Pesto Flatbread

Slathered in Inglehoffer Sweet Honey Mustard

Then based with black pepper coated Italian Dry Salami

Then a layer of spicy Yellow Lentil Hummus
 
Then a layer of double cream Brie

Then sliced tomatoes with S&P....

Fold the flatbread over and smear the outside with Dalmatia Fig Spread

Then take a bite of sandwich and a bite of fresh jalapeño....

Don't know how I'll eat it all...

Or how I'll haul it all...

If I don't eat it all...

Think I'll just sit here on the porch....

And watch the fog burn off...

And go into a food coma...

No... 

Think I'll out that 2nd piece of flatbread to use.
